You have until April 12, 2014 to call and reserve a room in our block. After that the rate is not locked in.

Rooms are $99 a night.

When you call the hotel you are booking under the "Cinco De Mopar" group.

Can request a double bed room (2 Queen sized beds) or a single bed room (King sized bed) just let them know. Can get a suit for $31 more.

Reservation is held with a credit card.

You can cancel a reservation up to 24 horus before check in time (Friday May 2nd 3 pm EST/ 2 pm cST) and not pay a fee.

Can start calling now to reserve your room.

wait till tomorrow to reserve your rooms i guess. i called and the guy didn't have any info on our block or price in his computer. he said the reservationist who probably knows about it is back tomorrow morning and i should call then.
