You can pick between 2 queen beds or 1 king bed when you are making your reservation.
$129.00 a night (plus tax)

Each room offers a microwave, refrigerator, complimentary internet access and a dinner delivery option which can be ordered from Scotty's Brew House or Puccini's.

Can check in either Friday, May 4, 2018 or Saturday, May 5, 2018.
Check out date is Sunday, May 6, 2018
*NOTE* If you book online it defaults to the 4th as a check in date so please change that if you are coming in
on Saturday.

If you have to cancel you must do so 48 hours before check in in order not to be charged for the room. You have to use a card to hold the room but nothing is charged until you check in.

There is a parking garage at this hotel, it is $5 a night to park there. When you arrive just take a ticket to get into the garage and park. When checking in make sure you get a parking pass, this will allow you in and out access to the garage for the duration of your stay.

The hotel offers a breakfast bar, it is $8.95 per person. You can pay in cash or have it billed directly to your room.

The hotel has a heated indoor pool and exercise room.

Bar on site, it is open from 5 pm to 10 pm. It is in the onsite restaurant at the hotel.

We will be hanging out in the piano bar room. If you would like to have a reserved seat please contact myself (Zach) or Crystal Taylor, to guarantee a seat, is it $4 a person (this is separate from the cover charge).

The Cactus also has a kitchen that serves appetizers, pizzas, and sandwiches and they have a full bar.
We Need to know by April 1st if you will be attending the after party and if you will be reserving a seat. You can still come if you do not want to reserve a seat.

This is RIGHT behind the Host Hotel.

Looks like a night club to me. Unless I’m missing something they have live DJ’s on Friday and Saturday nights

They have a piano bar room as well.

Once those are gone, we will have to direct you to the Hampton Inn (across the street) You will NOT get a discounted rate as we do not have a contract with them.

Glad u posted that. Just booked for 2 nights, will cancel Friday if we can’t make it on Friday.

Awesome. Yeah you can cancel with no issues the day before. But hope you can make it. If you can on Friday call and see where we are. I think we are going to set the lot up first then coming back to the hotel and having dinner afterwards.

Dinner is looking like we are going to Scotty's Brewhouse, which is attached to the hotel.
