Tim shared some pics on FB of the new place. It is located out in Hampshire. Move in date is around 3/1 and he did tell me the last time at the track he was going to have a big opening day. As soon as I know the date and details the event will be posted.

He isn't f'ing around! I know his dyno is getting moved there and he still will remote tune and travel as well. But he ran out of space at the place he is at now so we now get this.
