I wanted to know every how many months/miles should i change my spark plugs. Also which its a good band of spark plugs/motor oil, oil filter to go with? Would this be why I feel the car a little sluggish.

It may be. But the manual calls for the plugs to be changed every 30,000 miles. For stock to mostly stock cars people run the dealer given Champions. I ran NGK 5306 in the Magnum and they work well. And you can run most any synthetic 5w-20 and wix, K&N, and mobil 1 filters for pretty good results.

Unless you have major engine mods, go with oem plugs.
