CAMM Track Day at Bryon Raceway

Need to know if we can get 10 in for sure for this if not I am going to call it. I have to fly to SC that weekend but was going to come back early Sunday morning to hit this up. But if we are going to end up cancelling it I can get a later fligth and see my family for a bit longer. Would rather race though.

Lemme know by the end of the week if possible please, I know it early still but need to try to plan this out.

Need to know by Tuesday morning if anyone else is going to do this. If not I am going to let them know we won't be there.

I am still flying back from SC that morning, my flight gets in at 805 so if this does happen I should be at the track no later then 10 am, coming straight from Ohare.

I'm still in. If my car is done. Lot's of work going on this next week. See what goes.

Cool we are 1/2 way there. 5 more to get our own lane.

Ok so since we do not have the 10 for the lane if we still go to this we would just be going like any normal day. I will leave this open for anyone else that wants to go until Friday the 9th and then if we do not have 10 I am going to have to let the track know.

If people still want to go and race on the 18th that option will be there, there will just not be anything set up.

Having a lane is nice, but not really necessary. Once the lane goes, it goes fast.

Tis very true. I just know I have to let them know if we aren't going to have ten.

And honestly if we don't get 10 I am going to see about pushing my flight back to Chicago from South Carolina back and get a few more hours of family time. But if we get 10 I will keep my current flight and will be at the track as soon as I can after I land.

Too bad you set these events up and nobody goes. Thanks for the effort. I'm getting spoiled at Byron. The track goes above and beyond for Mr. Norm's. Get treated pretty special there.

Thanks Tom. I know drag racing isn't everyone's thing and money is tight for some people. Its cool, since it looks like this one isn't going to work out we can always try again next year.
