Ok fellow CAMM family members I need help. How do I remove the silver rings around the gauges :?: Do I have to remove the entire dash section :?: Do they just pull off (carefully) :?:
Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I know that the only thing that is keeping me from doing it right now. When I slightly pull on them they want to give but where they join from ring to ring they are snug on there and Im not entirely sure thats how they get removed.

Those are easy to take off without removing the whole section around the steering wheel. What I did was take a plastic tooth pick and squeeze it between the silver rings and the dash, then slide the toothpick around popping the clips as you go. It will take you about 30 seconds to get it off. Just be careful because the rings are delicate.

OK I went out and did it......successfully cheers It wasnt bad at all, I used a credit card to slide around and find the clips and then used the smallest of screw drivers to gently pry where the clips where at and it came out in about 1 minute. Thanks for the help everyone. Smile

Mad Hatter you saw them today at the show, I did them lastnight after I got them off. They turned out pretty good using the fusion paint.
