Busse Forest West, Shelter 31, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007

10 AM until 7:30 PM

Details still being worked out but we have a location, had to change it up so directions will be posted.

Everyone that can read this is invited to come, you are also more than welcome to bring your family members. We try to make this a family friendly event but please note there will be foul language used and beer will be consumed so keep that in mind.

We have plenty of room to play any lawn games that you would like to bring, just keep things that are thrown around away from the cars.

Drinking is allowed as long as you are 50 feet away from the road and its not in a glass container.

Bring you chairs as well or a blanket to spread out on the ground.

Again anyone driving at excessive speeds, doing burnouts, chirping tires, etc etc etc you will be asked to leave. This has gone really well for the last 2 years and would like to keep it that way.

If you have an ez up tent you are willing to bring please let me know, does not matter what size, any tent will be appreciated.

If you have a set of bags you are willing to bring please let me know, that will be appreciated as well.

There will be planned activities if you choose to participate. Jackie would really like it if you participate.

The end time is how long we have that location. Its ok to come and go as you please but please do not plan on arriving until after 10 am.

New for 2018 we will be having the first ever "Bosak Motors Invitational Cornhole Tournement."

Big thanks to Bosak Motors for the sponsorship money this year. Thanks to them we are going to do this BIG! We will have 5 sets of bags all set up and ready to go. There will be a prize for the winning team so come prepared to play.

Looking for at least 10 teams, if we have more we will adjust the brackets. Going to start playing around noon and will go on until we have a winning team. If you would like to sign up please respond to this thread. If you do not have a partner that is ok we will keep a list of names and you can pair up the day of if you do not sign up as a team.

Going for sure - 45 (but some are bringing family too so I would say 55-60)
Maybe/ Interested - 43 (told them they do not count in the food count until they mark going)

Right now its around 45 on Facebook. Some of those are bringing people with so I would safely say 55 to 60.

Or less since other mains. Will have 90 pieces of chicken and little sandwiches too. And tons of other food.
