**HOTEL INFORMATION FOR CINCO DE MOPAR** Lafayette, IN - May 2, 2015

Have to reserve your room before 4/17/2015.  After 4/17 the rate is not guaranteed and you will pay whatever the hotel is charging at that time.

  NO EXCUSES FOR NOT GETTING A ROOM!!!    

Right now we have a block of 20 rooms, I can expand this if needed but only if they have room at the hotel, so I would not delay booking a room.

If anyone is looking to split a room please let me know BEFORE you call to reserve and we will get that all figured out.  

You do not pay upfront you are just holding a room.
Can cancel the room up to 24 hours before check in.

Check In Date is 5/2/2015 after 3:00 pm EST
Check Out Date is 5/3/2015 by 11:00 am EST

Room Rates: $99 single or double occupancy, $109 for triple occupancy, $119 for quadruple occupancy

The plan is to check in after the show at 9 Irish Brothers is over.  
For those that did not attend last year or did not stay overnight the hotel is 7.5 miles away, about 15 min drive.

There is a Walmart, Applebee’s, and a few other places within walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel has a huge atrium next to the pool/ hot tub area.  We are able to hang out there until 11 pm.  Last year we all chipped in and bought a lot of pizzas for everyone to share for dinner, probably doing that again for anyone that does not leave for dinner.

There is also a restaurant and bar on site that is open until 1 am.

They also have breakfast starting at 7 am.  There is a buffet or a menu you can pick from.  We did not eat there last year, well Marc did, so no idea on the prices.

We will be checking out by 10:30 am and meeting in the parking lot by 10:45 am to head over to the famous Triple X Family Restaurant  https://www.triplexxxfamilyrestaurant.com/
Triple X is CASH ONLY.

I will be contacting them ahead of time letting them know we are coming, the owner likes Mopars and was super excited about us being there last year.



In this thread I need to know only if you reserve a room and if you are going to Triple X the next day.
