HELP Exhaust whistle? Empty
PostSubject: HELP Exhaust whistle?   HELP Exhaust whistle? I_icon_minitimeJune 5th 2014, 11:22 pm

I had a hole in my flex pipe on drivers side had it replaced at the muffler shop and now when I get over 3000 rpms it sounds like a bird...very annoying! I went back and they tried a another flex pipe because I told them it wasn't there before the flex pipe was changed, just an exhaust leak sound? I also noticed the stock flex pipe had a bigger ball shaped flex area so thought that might be it. They have checked the exhaust system 3-4 times and they can't find it...any ideas guys? I also started hearing a clunky rattle in the front end just had springs, dampers and swaybars replaced and I checked everything is tight? Last but not least had my engine cradle and steering rack replaced (Hit a deer and found the ditch) now under hard braking I sometimes hear a loud bang like something shifted do you think it could be they didn't tighten the cradle or rack enough?
Any help would be much appreciated...

Hmmm, no idea. Several issues. Try a different shop.

I am now not sure if the chirping sound is the exhaust could be something in the intake? Any ideas?
