| Hey guys, I got my Chally SRT wheels mounted yesterday. The powdercoat is a textured black and it matches the matte finish on the Daytona grille pretty nice. Overall I'm happy with how they look. The center caps are BT Mopar polished caps and the new lugnuts are Gorilla "System" set where they're all locks. The tires are BFG Sport Comp 2s in 255/45/20 all around. I've got a 3mm spacer on front but I think I need to stack another one because I'm still rubbing a bit in reverse. The tires feel great of course I was running on winter tires so I'll need more time to put them thru their paces. close up: I need to get some black valve caps and put some color on the stems | |

| That looks sharp man, post up how the BFG's turn out for you, I'm curious. Matte black rims are cool.. but I'm not exactly impartial | |

I've got stock Challenger SRT springs, shocks, struts so it isn't exactly low. I do have R/T spindles though so the fit is tight even with 3 mm spacer. I reached behind yesterday and felt it was super close and today I rubbed in reverse near full lock. It didn't sound good and I could smell the fresh rubber so I'll order another 3mm set at some point and just take it easy in reverse heh.

Well I've only ever had Hankook Ventus AS RH07 in a 235/55/18 on stock wheels for about 45k miles and then went to Michelin XIce Xi3s in a 225/60/18 so by that standard these BFGs feel like full out race tires. I'm enjoying the stiffer sidewall can really take advantage of the SRT suspension now the Hankooks and especially the winter tires just rolled over so I'd back off heh. Jon recommended the BFGs and they get great ratings on Tire Rack too. I'm hoping to get a few years out of them as they'll probably come right back off in September when it gets cold.

you might just want to find 5mm spacers instead. you want to have as few of mounting surfaces as possible. stacking spacers would be a bad idea.

| ya I've always thought BFG made a good tire I used to put them on my cars when I was in high school so I'd like to try them again when it's time to replace these. I didn't realize you drive your all year, man I'm glad I have a DD and a garage, I feel for those that have to do the ole "tire swap" every season | |

| Just an update on the new wheels and BFG Sport Comp 2s. Still testing the limits on these but so far happy with the traction even in rain they're very good. Really putting my R/T R&T seats to use holding my butt in place as I blast around the on and off ramps.
The sidewalls are pretty stiff and I can really appreciate the Chally SRT springs/shocks/struts that are in there now. Previously I'd back off due to the sidewalls rolling on the All Season Hankook 18s and especially the snow tires!
