I went two years ago and it was a great time, missed out last year unforatunately.

Be at Cabela's no later then 1015 am
We are leaving at 1030 am on the dot.
If you will not be meeting and rolling in together then we will see you at the picnic.

Hello All.


Just a reminder that the NWIMA Annual Picnic is coming up quick.

We are doing some final planning and list making.
Plenty of people have asked if they can bring something. so here is what would be needed.

We could use some deserts - Cookies, brownies , fresh fruit , Watermelons and such.

respond with what you would like to bring so we can make sure we get a variety of items.


We have Scott Robinson and Dave Balcerak will be Parking cars again this year will need 2 more helpers

Ed Baracree and his wife Jan assisting with the food area , along with Kathy Milano (limited duty)

We will not have a Grill this year so no need for a Grille master, but will need to keep food area moving.

Mrs Linda will be in charge of distributing Goodie bags to the first 75 cars arriving and general check in info

the morning of the event we will need a few people to help set up the venue.


Just a reminder that we will be raising funds for the Honor Flight Chicago group.

with 50/50 raffle , donations, and a special one of a kind Richard Petty autographed 20' rim off a Challenger, raffle for $20.00 per ticket.
Proceeds to goto Honor Flight Chicago.

also this year we will have Live entertainment of Chris & Lou , Chris and Lou are mainly a singer/songwriter duo, Chris and Lou were nominated for and EMMY award also. And Chris has an Awsome Mopar too.

we will have door prizes for guests that arrive with their mopar.

Probably.  I didn't pick the date just passing info along to those that would like to go.
