MONSTER MOPAR WEEKEND CRUISE ROUTE

OFFICIAL START POINT:

BOSAK PERFORMANCE, 3111 W. LINCOLN HWY. MERRILLVILLE, IN 46410

From Bosak Performance, take US 30 to I-65 South
Merge onto I-65 S for 74 miles
Take exit 178 for IN-43 toward Brookston/W.Lafayette

Turn right onto IN-43 S/N River Rd (Zach will be waiting in Mean Green)
Continue to follow N River Rd about 5.5 mi
Turn right onto E State St (state road 26 W)
Turn right at S Salisbury St
Arrive-Triple XXX Family Restaurant

2 North Salisbury Street, West Lafayette, IN 47906

There will be parking at the location and on the surrounding roads (super close, no worries, directed by the West Lafayette Police), we should have plenty of room and time to grab some lunch that will be prepared for the participants, this will be grab and go style to make for the best efficiency.

We will leave the Triple X with a police escort out of town (by Dodge Charger Police cars)
Turn onto US-231 S go 23.2 mi
Turn right to merge onto I-74 E toward Indianapolis for 34.4 mi
Take the exit toward Ronald Reagan Pkwy EXIT 68
Turn right onto Ronald Reagan Pkwy,
Ronald Reagan Pkwy turns slightly right and becomes Connector Rd
Turn left onto US-136 E/Crawfordsville Rd

We will take US-136 to Lucas OIl Raceway (very short distance)

10267 East US Highway 136, Indianapolis, IN 46234

We will pull into the main gate and everyone will be meeting here to join up with the other cruise from Cincinnati, and our local cruisers from Indy area. At this point if you do not have your parking card, it will be given out to you. We will then be escorted by Josh of MMW into the track to our VIP parking.

I have hard copies of the directions, which include addresses of everywhere we are going. I can give those to you guys when we meet at the oasis or Bosak. I will have extras as well.

Here is the deal for where we are stopping for lunch on the cruise down to Indy.

I checked and there are a couple other places around so if you decide you do not want to eat with the group you will have other options.

If there are people in Durango's throwing shells at my car again on the cruise down I am turning around and going home.

Here is our most updated list I know a few people are still trying to decide what they are doing, which cars are going, etc. If you can let me know the blank information asap it would be appreciated.

Bump for anyone that would like to join us for this event. The hotel is booked but we know of extra rooms so just let me know and we can work it out. The date to pre-register is June 5th. You can register at the show but its quicker to pre-register both for you and the heads of MMW.

Ok since we are inside a month for this I would like to raise an issue thats been on my mind since cinco.

When we leave meet up spots usually the first 5 or 10 mins include some, ahem, "spirited" driving.
My worry is this year will be Nick's first time really driving with a large pack of cars. I am thinking when we leave Bosak I might wait back with Nick and give the larger group a five min headstart, anyone else that wants to wait back is welcome.

Then when we leave the lunch stop same thing or I might see if I can put him right behind Zach.

I just don't want Nick to feel like he has to push to keep up. And I don't want anyone driving foolishly around him either.

Just being a bit overprotective. Thoughts from those that will be on the cruise?
