If it rains, it won't be all day. I almost hope it does rain a little. That way when it's dried off it has that just washed look. Everyone will be detailing and shining up their cars anyhow. It's only water!

There is always a chance for rain when its that hot and humid out.

I'm planning to be there early (DEF. by 9), b/c I have to leave no later than noon to go coach my son's baseball game.

Just got back from my first visit to Mr Norms. I walked around the show room with my mouth wide open while Tim and Rhonda were in their meeting. Thank you so much for letting me run around and look at everthing today Tim I know you guys were busy so didn't want to get in the way.

Tim and I talked about the track day and because of the chance of weather he will not be taking any of the cars out there. BTW they were going to take the 8 sec Chally out (I took pics of it today)! I agree with him since I know what happens to strips after in rains. So I think in preparation we will postpone the track day until another time later in the year when we know the weather will be better and cooler.

I (and Tom!) also got to meet Bill Sefton today. For those that do not know him he is the owner of a lot of the older Mr Norm's cars. His site is http://www.redvetteranch.com/, check it out. He was a nice guy, had me send him the flyer that was created for this Saturday so he could send it to all him employees.
He was the nicest guy as well and I felt bad I didn't know who he was at first but after viewing this: http://www.redvetteranch.com/red_vette_ranch/photo_gallery.html I am REALLY glad I met him.

So excited for Saturday, there are going to be a lot of people out there so everyone get prettied up.

I am heading up there early, plan to be there no later then 830 so I can make sure we have an area together. Will see everyone up there at 9.

I have a wedding to go to this weekend so I won't be making it - I hope you guys have some fun without me!!!

well... if there is no track day sunday i still have 3 things i can do sunday...

1. autocross in maywood park (might skip this one or go to watch my firends run for a while) they race rain or shine.

2. bikini car wash at PAF

3. work on my truck. (new calipers, front brake hoses, front rotors, and paint calipers red)

Since Sun is cancelled try to make it to Kevin's place since he is a vendor and makes our cars pretty!

Ok I guess I can't bitch too much lol
If I drive "normal" and stay out of the throttle I get 24-26 MPG
But driving normal is no fun lol

Its 112 each way for me..........I am leaving at 630am.......

looks to be around 75 miles for me. all I-88 to 39 mostly.
