| Hi all, I'm in the market for new tires for the Magnum and can't decide what to get. What are the best all season performance tires? I've heard the Yoko Parada spec x is good and I've heard good and bad about the Nitto NT420s. I'm looking for good wet/dry performance as well as good tread life. I have a lead foot too (like most people here I'm sure). Shawn mentioned the new Continental Extreme contact DSW06's also. | |

| Had Spec X's loved them. If the car was still my daily I would still be running them. | |

| I had a set of continental DWS before this set of tires. they were pretty good, but I felt the weren't worth what they cost. There were not very good in the snow. Last year I went with a set of snow tires, and a set of summer tires and it is a better way to go for me.

| Well I had the Parada's in my cart on Tire Rack but they ended up only having 2 left so I went with the Continental's. I guess we'll see if they are an improvement over my now-bald Coopers. Time for a few smoke shows to burn these old ones down to the steel belting! | |

| I've got the Parada Spec X on my wife's Journey and they're holding up pretty well, much better than the stock Kuhmos! I've heard great things about them on LXs too.
The Conti I always see recommended as well so I'm sure they'll be fine.
That being said if you can get a cheap second set of tires I'm a big fan of running some 18s with real winter tires in the cold months. I'm never going back to all seasons! You get the best of both worlds with a real warm weather tire and a real cold weather tire. | |

| Funny you should say that, I was looking for a set of winter wheels/tires before I ordered these tires but couldn't find a set within my budget. | |

| Im running Continental Extreme DWS. Have them on 2 cars I own and have been great with the weather. Continental does have a new version as you stated so I'd go with that for all seasons. If you want winter only go with bridgestone blizzaks! | |
