383 Stroker or LQ9 Empty

So what is everyone's thoughts on my Regal, 383 Stroker or LQ9? Going for 400-500whp on motor only, but want it to be very streetable. Like the idea of mixing modern with old school, but also like the 383 Stroker to keep it original to a degree
