We would like to welcome all Cruise Night Enthusiasts to join us for our Cruise Nights in downtown Morris, Illinois. Years ago, there was a tradition in Morris called, "Buzzing the Gut", which was a simple way of saying cruising Liberty Street. We are bringing that tradition back to downtown Morris.
Only Cruise Night Participants will be able to park on or cruise Liberty Street as in days past. There are many eating establishments within walking distance that will be open to grab a bite to eat. And enjoy the 60s & 70s music as we turn back the hands of time.

Participation
Any car owners are invited to participate. For a minimal registration fee of $10.00, car owners can display their cars on Liberty Street in downtown Morris, starting at 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Entry closes at 8 p.m. No rain dates.

Join Us
The public is invited to walk around and enjoy these classic cars, AT NO COST. We look forward to seeing you in nostalgic downtown Morris, Illinois!

Me too its always a good time. Gotta figure out something else for food though I wasn't really impressed with the place we went to last time.

Me neither, I guess try another place. Eventually we will find something good

I'll bring my grill and we can just cookout....

I would be up for this again. I agree with finding a different dinner spot or we could each bring finger foods or something easy and have a street picnic.

I'm in. It was fun last time. There seems to be plenty of other places to eat. If we do bring a grill, we better make sure they'll let us. I don't recall anyone else with grills. Don't want to wind up eating raw burgers.

Do you have to have a classic car to participate in the cruise/demo? Or can I bring my stock 2014 Rallye?

I do not know if I will be back Friday or Saturday from the hot rod tour but the plan is laid out in the thread I posted in case I am not around.

Just realized that the Hawks are gonna have to sweep the Lightening or else I'm not going to make Morris.

There is a chance for that. If not one of the bars will have it on in Morris

i will listen to or watch the game in Morris if i have to.

Morris is only a couple times a year, but the Hawks are always in the cup. lol.

Watching it at a bar probably wouldn't work, at least in my case. It's just gets too intense for me.

Of course there is a hospital just down the road from where the cruise site is so that would be convenient in case I had a heart attack.

I'm pretty sure Scot and I are in for this. Depends on what is going on with family things.......
