| I have a 2008 charger r/t and i know its common for front end suspension problems.. Was wondering if anyone know whats the most common problem with the front end before i start spending tons of money.. I hear a knock kinda noise when i hit any size bumps... I was told that it can be a rubber bushing or mount... Thanks!!!! | |

| Can be a number of things. Adam (Moparcharger06) is the suspension expert around here. I'm sure he will chime in. | |

| Hmmmm, lately I've seen a noise like that be a couple things. Here are the most common issues...
1. Outer Tie Rods 2. Front Sway Bar Bushings 3. Lower Tension Struts 4. Upper Control Arms (Ball Joints Go Bad)
Those are the most common things to go bad that make a knocking noise over bumps. I've replaced alot of those lately, especially on CAMM member's cars. If you want to make a trip to Hainesville/Grayslake to my house I can take a look at it for you. I do ALOT of work outta my garage....

| Adam is going to replace my inner tie rods and sway bar bushings as soon as I buy some. This is my second round on inners (I replaced the originals a few years ago), so I want something other than OEM. Something beefier that will last longer.
Opinions?
Moog or Pedders? Or go SRT OEM components?
Where to buy from?
BTW...I need new tires too, and I am going to step up to 20's from my stock 18's...if that matters in the suspension decision.

| I just went with Moog Dave and have no complaints at all. I have 20's as well. | |
