| Ok... so yesterday jesse stopped by and we went out to lunch... he drove... nice ass car... i have learned that my next car will def be a chally... anywho... while driving in autostick i noticed how much of a difference his shifting was much much firmer then mine. so i did some digging and i figured it out the early builds dont have a performace tcm so i am going to be ordering a MTCM. I was just wondering if anyone on here has gotten one of these and if so how drastic was the firmness in shifts after installed?? I have read about how to install and everything and to program it to the car and how to set the adaptavies for the new TCM but i am just curious if anyone has done the swap and if it is that much of a change in the firmness.
Thanks in advance. | |

| MTCM makes the car shift hard for sure. The stage 2 modified valve body makes you break your neck. | |

| i dunno. a lot of people on lxforums are having problems with their builder bill valve body throwing the car in limp mode on heavy mod cars. ones with heads and cam or blowers and stuff.
check out their thread they have going on mods you regret buying.
aac CCFL halos and builder bill valve body's seem to top the list on most mentioned so far.
i still have to get my AMG blue top shift solenoids off my shelf and into my car...

| So you still on the fence about the TCM. I saw that AllUSA is having a group buy on the MTCM on LXforums for $200.00.
http://www.lxforums.com/board/showthread.php?t=216866
I may just jump all over this one.

| Ok, LOL. I was thinking Torq converter, Trans controler. LOL. Besides once your putting down so much power tracton control never needs to be touched cuz it just dont work any more. Can overwelm that system at will. BTW I went ahead and pulled the triger for the MTCM before I talked myself out of it. | |
