UGH!!!!!!!! can anyone help???

Subject: UGH!!!!!!!! can anyone help??? October 13th 2009, 10:54 am

So...I've had a rattling sound coming from the front end. Well yesterday when I was out taking pics...everytime I was hitting the brks from 40mph or more the front end was vibrating. It felt like maybe brks going bad.

Anyway..... I took it to the shop by my house and the guy said my leftside tie rod is bad...$250 to replace!!!!

I cant afford that!!!!!

Is there anyone or anywhere that could fix this for cheaper and/or let me make payments?????

I'm on disablity and only get paid once a month and very little at that!

That was one of the things that was done over last weekend. The bushings in both of them are gonna need replacing. Sounds like we need another weekend at Adams shop before winter.

I know!

I couldn't afford the gas to get up there! I just need to figure out how much parts are gonna cost and figure out where I'm gonna come up with the money!

I think the tie rods are $100.00 each, and you would also need an alighnment after that. I only know cause I watched Adam do it on Sunday. Is you car under warranty, if so it will be covered.

the pretty much all did, and the some came with the sorry assed power train which this wouldn't cover any of anyways.......

Talk to Adam Chrissy.He gave Uri a good price on those tie rods from his parts guy.Adam is the man ,he changed both tie rods in like 20 mins!!!

yes it is!!!Factory went cheap on these.If you replace them make sure to get Moog's Tie rods.Top of the line better than OEM!!!

no!!! its my winter beater and I make side cash in the winter pulling people out of ditches with it!

Plus...ive owned it since I was 19!!! I cant part with it! Its my beast! LOL!!!
