It ended up having a VERY bad driver's outer tie rod, and a bad passenger stabilizer link making the popping/clunking noise. Slapped some new parts in, did an alignment on it, and called it good!!!

Glad this was taken care of.. I think my tie rods might be bad also.. Got vibrating when I brake or just slow from 60-70mph..
