I finished 2nd in the finals last year. Weather was coming in, so they made me line it up again in about 10 min. from the semi-final. I didn't allow enough for being too hot and broke out.

First post updated with flyer. Car show both days, bigger turnout is on Sunday. Looks like they are letting show cars do the free pass. Check the flyer out for times and cost and all that jazz.

I'll be back in town Saturday night so I will go to this on Sunday.

I don't want to use the normal meeting spot because the roads around that area are a hot mess.

Meeting Spot
Lake Forest Oasis
Location: Tri-State Tollway (I-94), Milepost 18

Its about 37 miles from the Oasis to the track.

Meeting Time: The gates open at 8 am.  There is no need to get there at 8.  Meet at the oasis at 8:30 am will leave when everyone is there, or 8:45 am whichever happens first, and get to the track a little after 9 am.

Will bring my EZ up.

Lake Forest oasis is all fucked up by the way, I drive past it everyday. They are re-doing the truck parking, so EVERYTHING is all overflowing into the regular parking I believe. I had to whip in there the other day after I drove over something, to check out my car, finding a parking spot was hell...
 
But that early shouldnt be too bad

I shall be there on Sunday. I gotta go do a photoshoot Sat.

I'm going to call them and see when they think the bracket race is going to be over. I need to leave by 4, so if I can win it by 3:30 or so I'm going to try my luck. I'm not going to meet you guys on the way as I have lots of things to do with the car and cool it down, so I'm going to get there when it opens.

I'll get the car ready, but not going if the forecast remains.

I'm already planned on leaving at 7 to meet at the rest stop
