Footwell LED's Empty
PostSubject: Footwell LED's   Footwell LED's I_icon_minitimeMarch 10th 2017, 9:07 am

Hi All....

I'm thinking of this product from Diode Dynamics.
https://www.diodedynamics.com/store/led-bulbs/led-strip-accent-kits/footwell-kits/rgb-multicolor-diode-dynamics-footwell-led-kit

Has anyone here any experience putting these in?  I did something similar with my Vette, but I'm a Mopar guy now so need to re-do...  LOL.

I would like to skip the switch part and run so that they come on with the headlights.  I'm thinking I can tie into the cup holder lights.  Anyone know how or of a link to instuctions of how to get the console part to get to those wire?

Michael

Yeah definitely skip the switch part.
Do you really want those lights on while driving around by tying in to cup holder lights?
Console should be pretty simple to take apart.

I was thinking I did. The lights have a dimmer on them to turn them down. All my current cars have something similar right out of the factory. My wife's Explorer has 8 colors to pick from.
