NAV HELP

The guy i got the seats from also has a nav system for the charger. my Q is that plug and play if i want to put it in my car. My car has the regular stock radio. what else would i nedd for the nav system aside from the bezel? any help would be appreciated.

It will work but there are a couple questions I need answered before I can tell you for sure. What year is your car and what type of Nav is it? If its a mygig nav then your car would have to be 2008 or later if its an REC nav then it will work on 2007 and earlier. If its a mygig and your car is either a 2006 or a 2007, you can put the mygig in but you will need the lockpick for it and that costs around $200. Then you will also need an antenna which you can get from ebay for like $10.

i tried calling the guy and no answer but my car is an 08. i'll find out more as soon as i get ahold of the guy

Make sure the nav CD is included. They are $200 a pop.

i didnt think about that. i think i'll pass on it because the guy selling dont know too much about it and i dont want to give up that much money then have to spend even more. i would still need the nav bezel and probably the disk too.

That looks more like it came out of an '06. Thats the REC Nav and I dont think its compatible. Plus it has the "mute" button on the front which means you wouldnt be able to hook up a rear camera if you wanted. The DVD from the dealership costs $200 for it but a lot of people are selling the hack versions for less than $50. The hack version would let you input addresses while in motion. The Nav for the '08 and up which is what you need, is called the mygig. It is a touch screen and has a harddrive so there is no need for the Nav DVD. You can get the Mygig for around $600 used.

But then again $300 is super cheap, post up his link in the for sale section or show Crystal (eviltricycle) cuz I think she was looking for a nav.

He has everything there, Gucci bags, Rolex watches, Bootleg Jordans, Bootleg movies, oh yeah he also sells pizza and things!

Well damn! I didn't see any of that when I was there. All I saw was food!

Guess I need to go back and check this out!
