What wideband are you all using? I do strictly remote tuning and was told I could dial my tune in with a wideband. I know over the summer a couple people mentioned to me a wideband that plugs directly into the Trinity. Does anyone know the name or have one?

No wideband that I'm aware of plugs directly in to your Trinity. There is a separate way to get your Trinity to read your wideband but you need to have your wideband installed first. That requires getting a bung welded in to your exhaust. I have an extra plug that will allow your Trinity to read your wideband and you can have it. Let me try and find the wideband I used, want to say about $200, and yes you can dial your tune in if your capable to see your air/fuel and log in in your logs

Thanks Shawn for clarifying. I knew there was something that could be done to link the widebband with the trinity. I will look into this one or even the LC1.

I have a zeitronix. The install is kind of a pain, had to weld the bung in, run the wires through the firewall, and do some weird computer shit to get it to link with the trinity. I think it's a Zietronix 2? but I don't remember. Just a plain red digital gauge and the controller w/o2 sensor.

i have the the wideband kit for my Scan Gauge. it sucks that you can't datalog with the Scan Gauge so i have to step up from a Predator to a Trinity sometime soon to hook the wideband into it for data logging also.

i just haven't got around to buying a Trinity yet. i just dropped 2 grand on a new laptop instead.

Velasquez on Irving in Hanover Park. Show them exactly where you want it and I think they charged me right around $50-$60

One last question... Where exactly did you all have your bung welded on the mid pipe. I have read to use the driver side mid pipe, before the cat, but what position? Or is that not an accurate location?

Yes definitely on drivers side pre-cat, search LX for a pic or ask Ekaz if he has a pic for location.

After I posted this, I pretty much got my answer. Drivers side, pre-cat, 2-3 o'clock position. Thanks Shawn!
