Bought my challenger there and my sales guy was great. Doug miller. As for service dept. A big FAIL!!!!. DENTED MY NEW CAR HAD IT DISAPPEAR FOR 17 miles while the setvice manager swore it NEVER LEFT THE LOT! When I showed him the proof of the hand written mileage vs what was on the car tried to backtrack then showed the work order mileage was changed to the mileage of the last visit. Said they worked on the car and nothing was done. Dont go here. Rude lying dishonest. Wickstrom in barrington much better

I was trying to see on their page if they are a Napleton dealership, they are terrible too. I would put some heat on the sales guy tell him you won't be referring anyone if this doesn't get put right.

I went there when I was looking for a new vehicle. I wasn't impressed. Maybe they got the staff from Viking Dodge which had an awful reputation.
