For Sale 2008 Pro Charged Jeep SRT8

Just copied and pasted this off Jeep forum. Price will be lower for Camm member or will give a Camm member commission if they help sell it. I have never been a fan of the newer body style Jeeps, but they have grown on me, especially after trading Tammy's Durango for a 2012 Cherokee. I want to get a 12-13 white Jeep SRT and throw some goodies at that. Will probably post on Ebay this weekend. If it dont sell then so be it, I keep modding away, new hood and rims will be in my near future!



Been a very tough decision, but think I have made my mind up, and if it doesn't sell its no biggie. Only reason I'm looking to sell is because I now want a WK2. Rig is located just outside of Chicago, and will have a clear title in a week or 2. Not looking to part out or make any trades, like I said if it doesnt sell, its no big deal. I have most of the stock parts excluding stock heads and cam. Paint and interior probably 7.5 out of 10, will have paint professionally detailed prior to selling it. Will email or text pics

Trans and TC have less than 1,000 miles on them

Heads/Cam have about 5,000 miles on them

Pro Charger has less than 10,000 miles (only 8-10 passes at the track)

Prior to my Charger, the ongoing joke between my friends and I were that I changed cars more than my underwear. So I guess I'm back to doing that, lol.

11.5 @ 115, on a fucked up tranny. She has a lot more in her, should be a consistent low 11 second vehicle, high 10 on a perfect day. 11.5 was at 4-5 lbs of boost. I put 1 size smaller pulley and a Ptcm, now seeing rite around 8lbs. There are a bunch of guys running around at 10lbs on a stock bottom end with no problems. 10lbs will make it a consistent high 10 second vehicle.

Will also come with a Black Ops Full Carbon Fiber Medic Hood. Hood has a minor crack, barely noticeable. Hood is $1600 shipped and its only 2 months old. Got way too sweet of a deal to pass it up. If truck don't sell I will have crack fixed and will paint hood

Well sort of an update. Have a legit offer but it's $5k less than I'm willing to go. Also have a guy in Detroit who is willing to buy my Pro Charger and trans for about $8k. If I go the parting out route I can sell other shit for a decent amount, then trade it in close to stock and get $25k-$27k. I would actually make more going that route but unsure if I want to deal with all that shit.

Well part out it is, guy in Detroit backed out on Pro Charger and only wanted trans. I basically said thanks but no thanks. So trans is staying local to Knuckles (jeep guy who comes on here once in a while). Getting some interest on Jeep forum for Pro Charger, should sell at what I priced it at. Asking $4500 with the 80lb injectors. Heads/Cam are also sold to a local Jeep and most of the other Jeep only shit is spoken for locally. Might have some smaller non Jeep shit for sale real soon. So hopefully within 4-6 weeks I will be buying a 13-14 Jeep SRT. Really want a 14 but they are going for $5k-$7k higher than a 13 rite now. So I need to find a motivated dealer that really needs to move a used 14, or if my X-Mas bonus at work is decent then I will also have some cash more cash to throw down.

My wife wants me to buy a new jeep. No car payment is kind of nice though. Is there a performance difference between the 13's and 14's?

On the srt no, both are same power level. 14 has a redesigned interior, nicer headlights, front fascia is a tad bit different, has the newer head unit 8.2" I believe. Biggest thing is the 8 speed vs the 5 speed. That alone sold me on the 14.

Rite after I posted earlier about parting out I got a serious bite on my truck from Jeep forum. Guy wanted to know absolute best CASH price. Gave him lowest I would go, he will get back to me by mid week. Smfh!
Would prefer to walk in the dealer with a huge cash down payment vs trade in. Lot more negotiating power

Lol, like your style! Nobody at the moment, been hearing they should be good till about 600whp. Pistons will go before tranny, 6lbs and a very safe tune and guys are good with both tranny and pistons. Aggressive tune at 6lbs or anything over 6lbs even with a safe tune, prepare for the worst. There are two 2014 Jeeps with turbos on them locally. One is only pushing 4lbs rite now and the other hit the dyno on 6lbs then decided he wants to turn up the boost. So he is doing drop in pistons as we speak.
