I asked this on Facebook but since Shawn and James aren't on there do either of you care if we move dinner up from 7 pm to 6 pm?


Anyone else coming to this? I need a people count for dinner by Friday.

I have to work so wont make the show, but i'm 98% sure im in for the dinner.

Marc if I move dinner up to 6 will you still make it? We have to preorder the pizza but we will still have some wait time.

6 works better for me, want to get to my buddies house to see Paquio fight.

6 is good for us too. Not sure if we will make the show either. Nick is back Friday night and we have lots of stuff to do. Dinner for SURE!

Put me down for the show and dinner. 6 for dinner works for me especially since it takes them at least 30 minutes for a Malnati's pizza.

Just an update on this.

For those going to the show, you are kinda on your own now. I am not going to be making the show unfortunately. I will ask the IN people if they are planning on meeting up with each other and if they are I will post their meeting spot here.

Dinner is now at 6 pm. We have to give them the pizzas we want when I call them tomorrow to make the reservation. I will be putting what I am going to tell them and the ESTIMATED cost per person on here in a bit. I am figuring it all out now.

Ok looking to get 5 large deep dish pizzas.  
This should cover the 18 adults eating.
If you DO NOT want to order pizza tell me now so I can remove you from the count.
You can just order whatever you want once we are seated.

2 large pepperoni deep dish 20.25*2= 40.50
2 large sausage deep dish 20.25*2= 40.50
1 large half cheese half mushroom 20.25

$101.25/ 18 = $5.63 per person for pizza
Soft Drinks are $2.25
Pizza + soft drink = $7.88 per person (no including taxes and tip)
If everyone can put in $10 each this will cover all the pizza and soda, plus tax and tip.


There is a full bar as well.
If anyone orders anything outside of the pizza and soda please keep track and bring cash to cover that.

Ok another large party is coming in at 6 so their party space will be in use. Because of the size of our party they will need a good bit of tables so they cannot guarantee seating us right at 6. Really cannot guarantee any seating time. Im getting there at 545 so that will get the ball rolling. But I just wanted to let everyone know about the potential wait.
