| Back in March when I was home the drivers side fog light went out half way through my trip. It had been replaced less then a year before that. I use the Silverstar fancy ones so they are white.
Replacement was put it when the chin spoiler went on my car so that was back in April of this year.
The pass side was out when we did the cruise in June.
Today I noticed that the drivers side is GONE AGAIN. So it made it not even three months.
Each time its replaces with the same exact bulb.
Is there something going on you guys think or am I just having rotten luck with the fog bulbs.

| Silverstars are known to burn out quickly because of the way they increase the light output. Just replace with Phillips or GE brand bulbs or go with an LED replacement. I have 9005s in my fogs right now for the backwoods out where I live and with the HIDs and thanks to ekaz I can have all of the lights on while driving down the road. Really helped out with the visibility. | |

Get a brand new one from the store. The bulb you are pulling out is no good. I'm not even sure why you take it out to begin with.

| Silverstars and known to blow out quick. I second LEDs or even an HID setup for the fogs. I haven't had an HID go out yet since '06 across several cars. | |
