I have heard reputable people on lxforums call BS on the gains the one guy claimed he got with that swap.

Based on what I have read the 6.4 cam and a tune have resulted in around 40-50 whp. Obviously the tune accounts for some of that gain.

What I like about this swap is that it would seem to be the easiest cam to tune, and it retains a stock idle and driveability. I gather that the upper RPM performance of the 6.4 cam is what is mostly noticed by those that have done the swap, which frankly is where the 5.7 needs it.
