people are stupid. they like to read car and driver and repeat comments or study the reviews for every little thing they can pick on to defend against their brand bias's.

this car has a target audience and it doesn't care about mustangs or camaros. its here to be a new challenger model, thats all. its a re-invention of that muscle car with a little bit of newer car performance and Mercedes tech thrown in.

people lean on the fact that our cars are heavy when they bash them. where the hell was all that weight when i was killing "light" mustangs and camaros on the autocross course by over .3 seconds a lap...
