How to Register-

Registration Opens April 1st, 2013

Limited Spacing Available. There will be VIP spacing inside the venue for roughly 450 show vehicles as well as 300 spaces just outside the venue doors for an additional 300 vehicles in our Premier show area. Another Level Car Show participants will go through a careful screening process to determine which area of the show they will be staged in.  Another Level Car Show Staff will look at each vehicle thoroughly based on build quality, uniqueness, and overall cleanliness.  Only the vehicles inside of the venue will be able to participate in the competition for trophies. Vehicles that qualify for our VIP show area, will receive a free ticket in to the event as well as have their vehicle judged. Any vehicles that apply that are not accepted in to the VIP show area will be offered spacing in our Premier show area as well as a free ticket in to the show and premium roped off show parking.

Once a vehicle is accepted in to their appropriate staging/show area, an approval email will be sent out along with a link to a Paypal invoice.  Registration fees are as follows:

VIP Show Vehicle (including one wristband for owner/driver) $20
Premium Show Vehicle (including one wristband for owner/driver) $15
Please allow one to two weeks for admission response.  


Rules and Regulations

:::Judging Classification:::

During roll in, each vehicle will be classified and given a vehicle judging sheet to be displayed on the front windshield of the vehicle. After classification, you directed towards your designated staging area. Judging sheets will be used by for scoring the vehicle.

:::Competing Vehicles:::

Vehicles that are competing must be at roll in between 1:00PM and 4:00PM. Vehicles are to be parked in their designated space and cannot be moved until the end of the show. All competing vehicles must stay the duration of the show. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and removal from show. Due to insurance liabilities, any vehicle moved during the show will be escorted from the premises. Law enforcement will be on site monitoring the entire event so please abide by these rules.

:::Music/Noise:::

If vehicle is playing music, it must be contained within the designated show space for each vehicle so it does not interrupt any of the surrounding vendor booths. Excessive rev'ing, or honking of vehicle horn or air horn's is not permitted. Any vehicle found in violation will be removed from the show without refund.

:::Display:::

All displays must be set up during roll in and completed before the show begins. No distribution of literature or advertising of any kind will be permitted unless the involved party has paid for a vendor booth.  
Anyone found distributing itinerary without signing up for a vendor/sponsor booth within the show grounds will be escorted off the premesis.

:::Dress Code:::

All attendees entering the show must wear clothing in good taste. Another Level Car Show has many minors in attendance, and all clothing should be appropriate for every age group. Lingerie or extremely skimpy clothing is prohibited and will not be tolerated. Anyone found violating this will be removed from the premises.

:::Food & Drinks:::

No outside food or beverages will be permitted.  Food, beverages, and alcohol will be for sale by the stadium vendors.

Im on the fence, my car is very plain compared to what was there last year.

im in. i had to take the whole week off so i could get that saturday off.i think it would be cool if we went in as a group.i went with Shawn a couple of years ago and i didnt feel out of place at all.our plain cars can all park together.Crystal in no way is you car plain

If we can all park together that would be cool.

Shawn would no more about this.probably we would all have to pre register and all follow in together and get there early.with no one being late or paying same day.i think if you pre pay that saves you a spot

Yep, Vikes is correct. We would have to prepay and roll in together. I wonder where they are having it this year, says venue TBD. There will be some heavily modded vehicles their. My guess is most of us would be placed in the premium area, which means we are not judged. That is something way different than past years, which leads me to believe the show will be somewhere else this year.

it is somewhere else. i was talking to the guy doing the facebook page for the show. they already know where they are having it, but they didn't disclose it yet. it's an indoor/outdoor venue. i might be parking by midwest slidewayz RC drifing's area though. not sure if the drift track will be setup like they did last year or if it will be just made on the pavement. we are waiting to hear what kind of surface is near the vendor area.

i already did, i took off work for it. i know fido and spicy usually go to this one too.

i sent all the info in last night.woke up today to email on how to pay.all thats left is the premier area.your not judged in that area and its a little cheaper..they say 400 cars are in that area 200 in the judged area.i took the whole week off so i could go to this ......  Jon are you in the VIP area?

yea i am in vip. i might be parking with elite auto in the vendors though. my friend owns that shop.

i plan on going, can i still enter into the premium area? or should i just go and spectate? im not too sure my car has what it takes to be in there lol

also id like to meet up with a couple of you for the first time, if anyone wants to roll in together.

I think you would need to email them on your options.last time Shawn and i went i paid same day and Shawn was already registered.my car not even close to the quality that will be there.i sent them 3 pictures that they wanted and was excepted.Im just going to hang out for the day.I really not liking them saying you cant bring in your own drinks i was going to bring a cooler .sounds like if you get caught they will kick you out.they want you to buy from the vendors only.so im on the fence about bringing in a cooler

Only 50 spots left available on the day of the show. Pre registration was closed a while back. Over 700 cars are pre registered.

Holy cow! Well im still gonna go. Not like i wouldve walked away with a trophy anyways haha. Anyone want to meet up before the show/park together???

im planing on leaving around 130 -145 pm and im only 15 mins away.they want everybody in by 3pm im not sure how long the line will be to get in..i live in bartlett
