bluetooth/ U connect problems

I am not sure why but lately when I am using my Bluetooth/U connect in my charger its been cutting out. Almost like a CD skipping at like random moments. Just wondering if anyone has this problem? or if it a common thing?

havent had any issues with my uconnect yet... so, im of no help... however... being that you have a 2011, when I got the car last year, almost right away, I did a process to update the radio. Although that was more to correct issues with the playlists on an IPOD i think it was. I found the process and the updated file over on LXforums..

really? what kind of process was it?

just had to load the file on a flash drive, plug into the USB port in the center console, and it loaded itself... im looking for the thread on the update now...

here is a thread that seems to cover your issue... but i dont see the update anywhere.. you should still be under warranty, so take it to the dealer and have them do the update...
