Mobil1 oil or no oil

Well I tried some synthetic blend in both my truck and the charger. Changed out the truck yesterday and put back in Mobil1 5w30. As soon as I drove my truck with the fresh oil in it I noticed that it ran smoother and quieter and seemed to move with more power. I never would have believed it.

Today I dumped the same shit out of my charger that I have only had in there since I took it out of storage this spring. It was still ok, but it had been raced only, so I change it at the first hint of color change. I wouldn't be surprised if the Mobil1 0w40 that I have always run in it doesn't get me a slightly better mph and et.

Mobil 1 always feels better like that the first couple miles. it doesn't mean anything. lol.

its like that with my truck every time i put fresh mobil 1 in it. i still won't use mobil 1 in my car.

I used whatever cheap synthetic deal on the Magnum, heck even BND was ran in the Mag, but Mobil 1 and RP are the two I'll consider for the SRT for now.

Ive always used Mobil 1 in my cars, Neon has 170k on it.

I was thinking of switching to the Penzoil synthetic since it says to be little better then mobil one and same price. usually walmart has deals on it.

no mobil1 for me. i have my reasons i will leave it at that.

FYI mobil1 will always feel that way on a fresh change. next time you change the mobil1 to fresh mobil1 it will do the same feeling of a super smooth idle..

I still like Royal Purple but I think that amsoil is next on my list from what I have read about it
