We've got some pretty amazing cars on here that are well taken care of. What is your favorite wax to use? I'm partial to Chemical Guys Pete’s 53'

My goal is to start using Zaino on mine again but I will probably just take it to Perfect Auto Finish and let them do all that for me again this year. Smile

I prefer the "hard candy" look of sealants over wax.

I am using chemical guys green synthetic sealant at the moment. Followed by many coats of zaino zaio and z2.

Zaino Bros. - I use the 12 or 15 step process lol...Start every spring with a fresh clay bar and spend about the next 12 hours of my life layering polish & wax then finish it off with their clear coat sealant....Then I just maintain it with their wax and sealant the rest of the summer. It's a total pain in the ass the first time you do it but well worth it in my opinion.

I do like Meguiar's products too. The quick detailer is one of the best things ever to come out.

I never used it, but I know guys that swear by it. I mean, it's a to each his own thing, but from what I understand it's a good quality product.

hard to work with? that stuff is maybe the easiest wax to take off i have ever seen. i still use it on my truck. its the best/easiest over the counter wax i have used.

i won't use products like that on the charger though.

Meguiars clay bar to Mothers cleaner, sealer, and wax. Repeat where needed and add coats. Always worked good with me. And Back to Black where needed on parts.
