Broke in the new slicks**cough cough **

Got some used 17" Bogart wheels and 60 footed great right off the bat. Put the new slicks at 16 lbs. the skinnys at 35 and smashed it for a 6.9. Cooled down and lowered to 15 lbs. with a little load on the converter and pulled a 6.5. DA was terrible 2083 at around 7 pm. Real happy pulling those in bad air. I love the whole new feel of it. The car is a little raked with a shorter 26" front. Weight transfer is excellent, which is what I hoped for. It should help it in aerodynamics with the nose slightly down closer to the track. I'm loveing the handleing. It's real soft going down the track and stays dead straight and right in the groove.

Were going to Byron in the a.m. Touts car is getting some T&T. It's an over 1000HP Challenger. Should be a gas. I wanna do a few more hits with mine. Drop the pressure and keep hitting the tires harder until it starts 60 footing the best.

I like that. Funny cuz I did race a Mustang. It was one of them thar Boss 302 jobbies. Just like your song. My best record is with Mustangs cuz I have beaten all of the flavors now with that 302 Boss under my belt. Mustang GT, Shelby Cobra Mustang, GT 500 and now the Boss 302.

Now that is just wayyy tooo kewll..

I actually sang those words to the J&D song and it works real well..
