| yes but i plugged in the ashtray and it still didnt come on , i still had vent pc out .....also my halo is actiung weird passenger side | |

| it sounds like your sensor went bad.... the sensor is the little round ball looking thing in the center of the dash up close to the windshield. | |

| OK,I KINDA FIXED THE HALOS FROM FLICKING IT SEEMS THE BALLAST WAS KN OCKING AROUND ...SO I KNOCKED IT BACK IN A CORNER SEEMS TO WORK NOW AS FAR AS THE AUTO LIGHTS .I CHECKED ALL THE OTHER FEATURES LIKE DELAY WHEN I SHUT CAR OFF EVERYTHING WORKS ,JUST THE MAX VALUE SHOWING AND ALL LIGHTS ARE ON AUTO MDE.MO THAT SUN SENSOR IS THAT AN EASY FIX? | |

| stupid question but if the climate controls were unplugged do you think that might affect it?found this on lx
Both the auto headlights and the auto A/C share the sun sensor, among other things. In the EVIC, can you get to the extended displays? (Press/hold COMPASS and MUSIC buttons on steering wheel for about 8 seconds.) Then use the up/down arrows to get to the screen that shows the auto headlight sensitivity and current level (sorry, don't remember the exact display name).
Then, cover the dashboard sensor (the little smoked plastic bubble in the middle of the dash near the windshield) and see if the display changes. If it doesn't change at all, it sounds like the sensor is defective. If it does change, must be something else. | |

TURNS OUT YOU DO HAVE TO HAVE CLIMATE PLUGED IN TO COMPLETE CIRCUIT...
PS ...I SOMEONE COULD STILL HELP ME I NEED TO SERCURE SOME OF MY LIGHT WIRES.......... | |
