Can anyone help me out?

My little brother is coming home on Friday from Afghinastan. He will only be home for 2 weeks before he has to go back to that shit hole! Like I said in the prayer thread a couple months ago, he is in the WORST part of that shit hole and he is Infantry. So he is one of the front line guys, his platoon has lost 5 guys in the 2 months he has been there. So anyway I want to take him to the Bears vs Lions game Sunday, its probably the only football game he will see for the next 10 months. I have exhausted every connection I have on Bears tickets, its the home opener so they are going to be hard to get. I really dont want to pay Craigslist prices or Stub Hub prices. I'm looking for 4 tickets, for him, his son, me and my son, I will even take 2 if they are available. At least he can go with his son, I already have tickets for the Washington and New England game, so 2 is ok.

I will keep my ears open for ya. I hope you can find some for a decent price.

The only tickets I personally know of right now are 2 seats in the club level. These are $255 each face value. WAY overpriced if you ask me but thought I'd at least throw it out there. My buddy has been trying to sell them and usually has no problem selling them but this year he couldn't find any takers. As it stands right now, he is letting his two sons use the tickets but he may still be willing to sell them if interested. He'll just have to make it up to his boys at another time. Let me know if interested.

shawn,my company supplies the bears games with there heater's so we get sideline season passes i will try to ask one on our sales guy's if he can hook ya up.it's a long shot but asking never hurts.they usually take there customers.maybe i can bribe them.....since the park district owns soldier's field they can't store anything there so we bring them up and down each game....

That is the going rate all over the internet, I have seen some cheaper but not much. The funny thing Tom, no matter how bad they play or what there record is, that will be the prices all year. If they start winning then the prices will be higher.

My family held 12 season tickets from just after WW2 to just a few years ago. You could always snag a ticket on game day in and around SF. If you wait until after kick off, the prices go way down. Years ago a cop used to stand by a gate and give them away. lol. Times have changed, I guess.

I got a guy that has 9 tickets but the fucker wants $250 each. They are in the 9th row but i dont know what section.

and you got a great chance of getting tickets that way....or at least it wouldnt hurt callin...
