Some pipes will require spark plug non-foulers.. I've got a set for my mids that I need to install.

Are they worth it? Well, every bit helps..

High flows are definately worth it... They can add 10-15rwhp with a good tune. Once you start getting into heads and cams it's a no brainer in my opinion.
