I get some of my parts from them and they are great guys. They had a hook-up for a wrecked 300C and I want to go see what it had. I took little stuff here and there but still no other dealership did that for me. I'm wondering if anyone else has a good review of them.

thier salesmen are asses, but thats the only experience i have had with them...they tried to pull the "oh, we lost your keys" trick...we called them on their bullshit then they said,"well what will it take to get you out of here in a new car?".....we told them give us our keys......we are leaving NOW!!!!!!! i do know for a fact that the service departments are ALWAYS WAY NICER than the salesmen though.....

Shitty salary isn't going to make them know the product any better....Then there would be no incentive to work there....I would do a base plus with $$$ incentives for knowing about the cars that they sell...

the main point i was trying to get across is this" if you dont get big bonusses for selling a shit car, they will be more than likely nicer to the customer, and not try the "we lost your keys"bullshit......

maybe have a monthly "options and features" quiz, and the salesman that scores the highest gets a bonus for that month?
