I'm going ceramic this year to cut down on the dust (and eliminate the ear-splitting screech I hear). I've always just used water to clean off the dust from the Brembos. It was Darrell that told me to get a toilet brush to get on the inside. Works good.

Ceramic pads will put out the least amount of dust. But your gonna get brake dust no matter what. Never used a toilet brush but I can see it working. Soap and water is the safest way to clean rims, I dont trust any chemicals on my rims.
