No. Joey, Chris, Dave and I are doing the install and hopefully MadHatter's at Chris's house Sunday morning. I'll be in town from Ohio tomorrow night for some other halo install action and a repair as well. Got a lot of stuff to try to get accomplished but I'll be around.
BTW: I want to send a big thank you to Dartboy and JoeJoe for agreeing to help me get Dave's kit finally installed when I know it's a big sacrifice of time for both of them. It's a lot better having experienced sets of hands in the mix to get this done right!

WOW. From plcman. Sound like a man who puts careful, informed thought into his work?:

There are a couple of things I need to let you know about. I could not find a small pot that would have not looked stupid to mount. So I think a switch with a hi low setting would work. The controller is setup for 6.5v output and the LEDs are real bright. You will need a quality meter to check the voltage but this will not be necessary. There are 5 wires to hook up Battery, Ground, Halo Red, Halo Black; there the control wires. Now these have a few options and this will be on the schematic. You can mount this in the trunk and run the halo and control wires to the front. This is what I would recommend. The total load of all the rings is around 3 amps so the red black wire I supplied will carry the load no problem. The 4 conductor can be used to run to the switches. If you are only going to have this on when the ignition is on you can run the wire called ignition to the cig lighter in the back. The enable wire then turns the halos on. You will notice when the switch is turned on the power to the rings ramps up to keep the surge off the rings. The rings never got above 90 degrees during testing. The unit intself has NO heating what so ever. The cover was left off because I ran out of time to notch it over the wires; this is a simple thing to do. You could run it without the cover for now if you like. The top slides out to expose the board and the controls. Do not adjust the frequency pot; this is set for 350hz. The max pot adjusts the output voltage. The min adjusts the minimum output. These are both set for now.
