| That milkiness is just from the condensation that gets in there. Nothing to worry about. | |

Look at that picture, Rudy. That shit is being fed back into your intake and into your cylinders on your car w/o the can.

| That's sick looking.. And all that is still going into my engine.. The more pictures I see, the higher the catch can gets on the priority list.. | |

- Ok I don't want to be "That Guy" but um what's a catch can?
and what does it do? and would it be helpful on my car? even if it isn't a V8? I am pretty sure I have seen them offered for the SRT Caliber but since I really didn't know the purpose I never really looked into them.
ignorance is bliss right? um yeah Actually you are the one who needs it more.Being you have a turbocharger being cooled off by oil there is more oil recirculating.I used one in my STi and so did my friend on hi NSRT4. Underneath is a good FYI I learned....... Explaination of a Catch Can: Oil vapors that comes out of your PCV valve enters your intake track. This is more for emissions, the oil goes into your combustion chamber and is burned and exits your tail pipe. The problem is that it coats the inside of your intake track with oil residue, it will eventually reduce the performance and efficency of your engine. Meaning sensors in your intake track will also be coated with oil vapors. This issue is more prone to boosted applications. From what I have read, it's more prevelant under parcial throttle where the check valve is open.

| I had a buddy that found pieces of his motor in his. He nearly blew it up. Good thing the catch-can captured the big stuff. | |
