| I always wondered about this... Now I know. From SRT Engineers on chargerforums regarding 6.1 Hemi "Electronic throttles unfortunately have some delay compared to cable throttles that everyone is used to. The engine is also cammy with a torque hole in the 3000 rpm range which gives the impression of a bog." Still not sure what they mean by "torque hole"..... Maybe Matt can explain | |

| Thats what happens when you have drive by wire rather than your cable wire controlling the throttle plate.
From what I have been told is that a Predator will take care of this lag,but yea hopefully Matt can explain better

| Tuning will make the delay of the throttle pedal better.
For instant response a good CMR tune and a Sprint Booster seem to be working out quite well on my SRT.

http://www.sprintboostersales.com/ It plugs into the throttle pedal assembly and the harness gets plugged back into it. Increases responsiveness. Great for launching hard, passing in traffic, weaving in traffic, etc..

Not sure as I bought mine used from a local guy who got rid of the Jeep for a CTS-V. Possibly look on Performance Autowerks site as that's where he got it.
