| What comes to my mind here is buyer be ware. I had a pretty good experience buying the car. What I would caution people on is the service. I have free oil changes and car washes in the "we will" portion of my contract. It's costing them over a 100 bucks each time. I'm sure the service dept. is pissed at the sales dept. over that one. Everyone knows my nightmarish experience with the radiator incident. After threatening to tow the car back to my house rather than pay 850 to have them do it all of a sudden they dropped the price to 500 and bring my car back to me. The issue was that they told me it was covered under warranty. That was a lie. I called Chrysler Corp. over that one and registered a complaint. They will log it against the dealership, but wouldn't do anything directly. I'm thinking that may have had something to do with the sudden 40 dollar below cost price I ended up with. I don't feel bad about any of the shitheal dealerships that Chrysler Corp. shit canned. I think they missed one. | |

| Its always a good experience buying the car, they will pretty much blow you untill they get your money. Then you are nobody to them, just a bit of knowledge i have from dealing with car dealers at a previous job, warranty work is always the last car to work on and it gets the bare minimum. | |

| I can't believe this. Ok I take my car in for my free oil change and service. The service manager already knew about the blower, so he's cool. I'm in the cust. waiting room and the parts mgr. is freaking on my ride. He wants me to take him out for a demo! A couple of customers are going nutso too. Then when it was finished the mechanic says that it was an HONOR to work on my car and the parts mgr. tells me that he orderd me a new mygig rer nav radio! Under warranty and free! He says yep I can get em for ya all the way up to 36000 mi. and says they cost $1800 bux. I have changed my mind about Bemis. I love this place. I didn't even make an appt. I just called and they said bring it in between 1-3. Cool. | |

Ok that's the missing piece of the puzzle. I have your shop sticker displayed in my back window, Bob. I'm betting that's why the tech told me it was an "honor" to work on my car. I'll have to toss your name around a little next week and find out if it's him.

| About 10 years ago I purchased a used 1994 Chevy Caprice LT1 police package from that dealer (the Chevy was a trade in few days ago from a guy I knew then).
I test drove the car on Wednesday and bought it on Friday. The car was not even detailed fully yet, and because it had bad rear window rollers (very common on those cars) I knocked down a price few hundreed.
I knew the car was 100% solid and I wanted it no matter what and I still knocked down the price a bit. I did purchase aftermarket warranty but it was all my choice. I was not pressured by any stupid sealants, clearcoats, etc. The aftermarket warranty actually was a great pay off as after a while I got some front end steering and the trans rebuild.
I suppose because I was set on the ca and all, I was happy with the sale. But totally no BS smooth talk, or upselling parts, etc.
I hope I was not an exception and that they are like this now too.

| I don't go there anymore. It would be too weird bringing my car over for an oil change on the trailer, lol. | |

| Not a fan of Bemis, there down the road from my job. Back when I was looking they wouldn't give me the time of day. Now were supposed to be doing remote starts for them and basic audio repairs. So far slow, wonder if that's the same for them. | |

| Bought my challenger at Brian Bemis and had a great experience with the sales person. I visited a few dealers and Brian Bemis gave me the best deal on price. Order the challenger during the bankruptcy and waited 5 1/2 months. I gave them a list of things to do and not to do when challenger came in and all was followed which was basically don't touch it I'll take it home the way it came off the truck. So I had a great experience with sales and would buy there again. Now that I've said that I have not had my challenger back there for service cause I don't like anybody touching my car if I can help it so I can't comment on the service end of things. | |
