A sad Mopar day
A Mopar legend or at least part of it died today. The building that housed the original Mr. Norms Grand Spaulding Dodge was destroyed by a fire overnight.

I was at work when the alarm came in around midnight, I knew the address and we had gone there many times before but when we pulled out of the firehouse we could see this was the real deal.

I remember as a kid going there and looking at the cars, my grandfather sold Dodges at another dealer but we would go there to hang out with the guys and look at the incredible machines.

Even though it hasn’t been Mr. Norms for almost 40 years and has been nearly vacant for decades it was sad to see the building the housed the Giant of Mopar performance in the Midwest and maybe the country through the 60” s and 70’s go away like that.

Just my nickels worth

Wow. Piece of history gone.

2014 Dodge Durango SXT - stock for now
2007 Dodge Charger R/T - has some stuff done to it
You Tube Channel

Speed never killed anyone, suddenly becoming stationary, that's what gets you.
