The water pump was starting to fail on my 13 Durango Citadel. Called them up. told them what the problem was. They had the part in stock, which I had been hearing all over the Durango forums that it's been on a perpetual back order. Got the typical up sell call of everything else that needs to be done. Water pump was covered under my extended warranty. Also had them replace T-stat while they were at it and do an oil change.

Over all great experience. Would definitely go back. My only complaint is a minor one. I like when a dealership runs the vehicle through the car wash before giving it back. They didn't do that.

I refuse to let the dealer wash any of my cars. It's in their system "DO NOT WASH".

I'm the same way. Yeah, the dirt's gone and that satisfies a Camry owner, but water spots!

Not just the water spots, they usually run it thru a machine. If not the porters do not know how to wash a car to save their lives.
