| It's official. Did a compression and leak down test on her today. Number two had no compression, period. Pulled the head. This is what we saw...   Giving the engine builder a call tomorrow to discuss a few options. I'm looking at either a well built 360 or a mild 408. Both built for nitrous use. | |

| from what i gather on the dakota r/t forum it was something to do with a stuck valve, or a foreign object that got into the motor when the manifold was off. this happened on the start up after a 2 barrel mopar M1 intake manifold install. | |

(i do have a powedyne blower in my garage for it but im tired of the tuning headaches and blown headgaskets with blowers on the 5.9L's...) so im just gonna go for NA power with a 6 speed for a great street truck. | |
