Good chance it has nothing to do with CPD it is LAZ parking they need to get paid. Even before they sold all the parking it was 9 times out of 10 a Revenue Dept. employee or Clerk's employee ticketing for meters or stickers. Cops are focused on bigger stuff.

Those new tint tickets are serious. I'd like to think that the police aren't writing parking tickets anymore, as I doubt the meter maids can write a no front plate ticket. I haven't got one in a couple years now, but I am going to the city both sat. and sun. nights, so I'm sure it'll happen now.

It wasnt a cop that gave the ticket, it was most likely one of them god damn meter reader fucks that walk around ALL DAY AND NIGHT giving out tickets for the dumbest things.
