| As some of you may remember. My Kota's been rotting away in storage awaiting a new motor. The old one shattered the number three piston. Anyway, I was browsing though eBay and found a used 360 with 30,000 miles on the clock for $450. I snagged it right away, brought it home and have begun the tear down, clean up and re-assembly! Consider this my build thread! When I brought it home. Intake and valve covers off. Passengers side head removed. Completely decapitated. Need to find a socket big enough to remove the center crank bolt before I can go any farther. Still need to remove the distributor and cam. Also need to flip her over and start to remove the internals. | |

| My plans are to clean up then re-install the stock internals. I have a new cam from Comp Cams to install. .512/.512 210/220 HR 110 LSA with 4-degrees advance ground in. Edelbrock aluminum heads. Mopar M1 2bbl intake. 1.6 roller rockers and a yet to be determined billet throttle body. | |

| Oh I am. The cam and head combo should give me a much needed power boost. As well as a nice sounding lope. | |

Im not a mechanic by any means, I have just been around cars and fixing them since i was little. But I would have no clue how to put his engine together....at least not correctly.

| Those things with the flat tops that strongly resemble pistons go in those big holes on that real big piece connected to the stand. | |

If only it were truly that simple. I know I can assemble the top end no problem. The bottom end I'm not 100% sure about so I would rather leave it to someone who knows what they're doing and I can follow their lead.
