First Car Show Of The Season

OK, it's not a Chicago area show but it's kind of a long haul for me to do one there.

The show was in Cartersville Ga and it was a pretty big one. Lot's of very nice rides and a lot of friendly folks. I got a ton of compliments on The Lady In Red and that made me feel pretty good. The only awards were "Peoples Choice" and though she is looking good I didn't think I would make the cut with all the high quality cars in the show.

I have so many of her I didn't take many so I could get more of the show. Here is one after I finished cleaning her up.

It was! Over 350 cars, I couldn't even begin to get shots of everything.

Are you and your rig going to be in town for the Unlawful Gathering, Darrell?

looks like downers grove cruise nights. the town looks the same and its by the train tracks. lol.

Doubt it. I get in on Monday mornings and leave late Monday night/early Tuesday. I might make it in early one of these days and make some kind of show or M&G.
